Performance Warranty
Swainco Gutters, Inc. warrants Nature Lock. A solid aluminum gutter cover that protects your gutter system warranted to the original purchaser for the life of the home. We warrant that your gutter system remains clog free for the life of the home. Clog free is hereby defined as the movement or act of flowing rain water. Nature Lock is designed to transfer all but inconsequential droplets of water to the downspouts. New or existing areas of concern as to overflow are valleys where a convergence of water can cause an overflow during heavy downpours. Swainco Gutters Inc. will make the necessary adjustments to collect ALL the rain water. Nature Lock can be installed on new or existing gutters and downspouts if deemed serviceable.
Warranty Service
Claims for performance failure must be submitted to the installing dealer for service and resolution. It is the claimant's responsibility to provide proof of purchase. Service calls for non-warranty repair or adjustments may result in a service charge.
Exclusions of Warranty
This warranty does not cover any other damage or material failure, including. But it is not limited to damage caused by occurrences beyond the control of Swainco Gutters Inc. or its dealers, such as building settlement, normal weathering, chemical pollutants, normal fading, fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes, hurricanes, wind-blown objects, and icicles, or ice storms, hail or any weather of a catastrophic nature as defined by the US Weather Service. Other acts of God and other local factors in regions where hardwood tree tassels or Pine resins are prevalent in excessive amounts. We paint the specially coated Nature Lock system by any unauthorized contractors such as painters, roofers, etc. Misalignment caused by ladders against the Nature Lock system will void this warranty. Any debris occurred by debris not cleaned from the roof will void the warranty.
Nature Lock is not sold as a critter control product, nor is it warranted to keep out critters/ squirrels. This product is manufactured and made only to keep out nature’s unwelcome debris, such as leaves, pine straw, etc.
Conditions
The warranty is subject to change based on the condition of the existing gutters. If Nature Lock is installed over an existing gutter system, the gutter system must be inspected and cleaned of all debris and deemed serviceable and functional before installation.
